Walmart Superstore
in CatskillNY is being built. It is on the same site where Jamesway
used to be. The road in is blocked off, only workers can go
in. They say there is going to be
a gas station here and if you
have a Sams Club card you can
get a gas discount.

I posted those pictures for you Chuck, I wish I could have gotten closer but thats the best I could do for ya. Yea, Catkill is growing!
There is another strip mall accross from the Diner..A big Pricechopper and also a great pizza place and hair cutting shop is there. They have a vitamin store and a dollar store there and a pet shop too. They have a new Car dealership next to the Ford dealership and accross from there is a Dunkin Donuts and a Subway, an office store and a couple of other shops. I used to love shopping in Catskill when I lived there. I was there for 6 years on my own property. I owned 25 acres up there off the High Falls Rd. I sold it a few years ago. Winters were absolutely gorgeous back in the woods where I lived.
